Djamila Grandits
Djamila Grandits ist Kuratorin und Kulturarbeiterin. Als Teil von »CineCollective« ist sie seit 2019 mitverantwortlich für die Leitung, Umsetzung und Konzeption des Filmfests »Kaleidoskop« am Karlsplatz und seit 2017 Kokuratorin bei »frameout«. Von 2016 bis 2018 war sie künstlerische Leiterin von »this human world – International Human Rights Film Festival«. Ihr Interesse liegt in der Verschränkung sowie im Aufbrechen theoretischer Ansätze, filmischer, politischer, künstlerischer und aktivistischer Formen.

Feminizing Politics als radikaldemokratischer Ansatz für inklusive politische Strukturen
Feminizing politics is one of the central goals of the radical democratic, munizipalist movement. This refers to a rejection of hierarchical, patriarchal structures and ways of working, as well as the promotion of values and practices such as consensus, cooperation, non-academic experiences, collectivity, and caring. In addition to discussing the munizipalist approach, the event will bring a review of historical feminist positions in the Paris Commune. The event will be held in English - with the exception of the lecture by Antje Schrupp.
